The Melancholy Greatness of "All My Friends" - Hua Hsu, Slate.com
"All My Friends" is probably one of the best Cure songs I've ever heard. That might sound like a slam against the song but it isn't. The lyrics are what makes it. It's all tension and release, like a great night should be. But really it is a reflection on the attitude of the self-aware but not self-deprecating hipster. Love it.
